Open the .env file to configure Mysql connection information
# Database Configuration

DB_HOST=localhost

DB_PORT=3306

DB_USER=root

DB_PASSWORD=123456

DB_NAME=up_s3

Edit the web access port in the browser at

SERVER_PORT

After connecting the information, run up-s3.exe
